Avid24 is a technology consulting company based in Seattle. We provide full-stack engineering services — web applications, mobile development, DevOps and cloud infrastructure, database design, AI/ML integration, security audits, and test automation.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same structure:
- Discovery — We define the architecture, select the tech stack, and estimate the work before writing code. A security review happens at this stage, not after.
- Build — Engineering execution with test automation from day one. Minimum 80% unit test coverage, integration tests for every API endpoint, E2E tests for critical user flows.
- Deliver — Production deployment, infrastructure handoff, documentation, and runbooks. No deployment without passing CI.

Principles
Security is not a phase. It’s reviewed at architecture time and before every delivery. Auth, secrets management, and input validation are non-negotiable.
Tests come before code. The test strategy is defined before engineering begins. Coverage targets are established upfront and enforced in CI.
Documentation is a deliverable. Code comments explain “why,” not “what.” Every project ships with architecture docs, API docs, and runbooks.

- Fixed Price — Defined scope, milestone payments. Best for clear requirements.
- Time & Materials — Hourly rates, monthly invoicing. Best for evolving requirements.
- Retainer — Monthly reserved capacity for ongoing support.
- Discovery — 1-2 week paid engagement to define architecture before a larger build.
